Lavender Neck Wrap Hot and Cold Therapy Plaid Orange Pink

Made of high-quality ingredients, those neck wraps are perfect to support relaxation and help with migraine and sore neck and shoulders. 

They are sectioned into 3 compartments to prevent shifting and keep the heat or cold where you need it most. They can be warmed in the microwave for hot aromatherapy, or stored in freezer for cold aromatherapy.

How to use: Remove from packaging. For hot therapy, microwave for 60 seconds  and add 30 second intervals as needed before to use. For cold therapy,  freeze for 2-3 hours before to use.  Always check  temperature to make sure it is not too hot or cold before to use.
